So it's been a little while since I posted. Here's what's been going down. I was losing pretty well. Slow and steady and then a vacation got in the way.
Traveled to Denver for a wedding. I knew I was going to gain and considering the circumstances I didn't do too bad. I didn't track but I also made some decent decisions. The first thing I did when I got home was get on a scale (unofficially, of course) and it was not good. Up 4.6 pounds! Ugh!!!!!
Then I got back on track and exercised a bit and I ended up with a net gain (officially) of only 2.2 pounds! Yay Me!!!!!
Working on getting those two pounds off and getting into the negative numbers again soon!!!!!
